About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate client service
Manage the export workflow from customer service interactions through departure
Adhere to management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs
Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues
Resolve export-related issues with stakeholders and team members
Input data accurately and promptly into Cargowise One
Calculate financial aspects, including invoice costs, for assigned files
Implement and monitor improvements in export processes
