About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage transport orders in the system and ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments
Coordinate international sea freight shipments with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers
Prepare and validate transport and customs documentation in compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues to safeguard delivery deadlines and service levels
Act as a key customer contact, provide updates, and build long-term relationships
Ensure data accuracy in WMS, TMS, or SAP systems
Identify improvements in supply-chain processes and customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in freight forwarding (Seafreight)
Fluent communication in English
Dutch is a strong plus
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach
Eagerness to learn and grow within an international logistics environment
