About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and execute day-to-day HR administrative processes, including contract management, onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, absence administration, and employee file management
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data and administrative processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on HR operational processes and procedures
  • Coordinate and help prioritize operational activities while ensuring deadlines and service levels are met, without formal people management responsibilities
  • Analyze HR processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks, and translate findings into improvement initiatives
  • Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement projects across HR Operations
  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and other HR stakeholders
  • Ensure HR processes align with labor legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Monitor process performance and recommend improvements to efficiency, quality, and employee experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Several years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Payroll, or a similar operational HR environment
  • Experience within a larger international organization or shared services environment is considered a strong asset
  • Strong analytical skills and a drive to improve and optimize processes
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
  • Affinity with digitalization, automation, and HR systems
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders through expertise rather than hierarchical authority
  • Structured, accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
