About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and/or train a group of individuals while meeting or exceeding SLA/KPI expectations
  • Execute picking, receiving, inventory cycle counting, and returns
  • Pick, package, label, and deliver fragile electronics material to the proper building drop point
  • Receive, quality audit, and put away materials within SLA expectations
  • Process RMAs for re-inventory, scrap, and re-shipment
  • Maintain inventory records, labels, locations, and historical movement transactions
  • Locate, pull, and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders
  • Maintain in-process inventory by delivering and opening materials and supplies
  • Document material disposition, units delivered, and unit locations
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product
  • Complete pre-use inspections and operator repairs on material-handling equipment
  • Conduct startup meetings covering prior-day execution and current-day workload
  • Maintain 5S standards and own safety initiatives
  • Become a subject matter expert for the account
  • Serve as a certified trainer for direct reports in MHE, IB/OB/IC processes, and 5S
  • Drive a continuous improvement project
  • Manage or coordinate functional-area activities, schedules, performance requirements, costs, methods, and employees
  • Guide subordinates to achieve goals and recommend policy changes affecting subordinate organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be forklift certified
  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse distribution environment
  • Ability to guide and/or lead a group of individuals
  • Solid communication skills
  • Email, Excel, SAP, and WMS systems proficiency
  • Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
