About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, compile, and analyze data from different sources, including CargoWise, CargoWrite, C2C, Excel files, and databases
Use root cause analysis to discover patterns and trends within data
Generate daily reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements for reports, dashboards, and procedures
Provide insights to automate, optimize, and refresh existing solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to keep SharePoint and other resources up to date
Train and explain metrics, processes, and KPIs to internal partners
Document processes for reporting and SAPs for end users
Help run monthly department calls
Update warehouse resources to ensure they remain current

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree in or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management roles
Preferably experience in the transportation and logistics industry or a related field
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Pivot
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Report writing and presentation skills
Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under high pressure and within demanding time constraints
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience working with WMS software such as CargoWise, C2C, or Cargowrite preferred
Experience with querying languages such as SQL advantageous
Fluent in English, oral and written
