About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administrative handling of international and domestic shipments
- Dispatch groupage linehaul services and receive import linehaul shipments
- Ensure completeness and quality of information
- Ensure loading quality and productivity of domestic and international linehaul operations
- Investigate and resolve shipment handling irregularities
- Communicate with customers and cooperate with departments across the domestic and European network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Willingness to work in a three-shift system (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00)
- Ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner
- Teamwork skills
- High level of independence and strong decision-making abilities
- Proactive customer-oriented approach
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Communicative level of English
