About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate inbound receiving and outbound picking of part tasks within the Spirit Distribution Center
  • Process outbound orders using DMS or manually on Wrist units/computers
  • Handle inbound product receipts
  • Coordinate with internal CSR and management teams
  • Follow established procedures and standards
  • Sort and prepare deliveries arriving at the distribution center and route them to the correct destination
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries to stock correctly
  • Pick and pack orders according to work orders and instructions
  • Process orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and promptly
  • Prepare and process orders and waves within established timeframes
  • Notify Lead or Supervisor of problems encountered during operations
  • Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and job-function areas according to 5S standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to follow established parameters for Receiving, Picking, and XDOCK areas
  • Ability to process deliveries and route them to the correct destination
  • Ability to receive and process incoming deliveries into stock using system locations and parameters
  • Ability to pick and pack orders according to work orders and instructions
  • Ability to process orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Ability to safeguard computer equipment and customer parts
  • Ability to process orders within established timeframes
  • Ability to maintain warehouse cleanliness according to 5S standards
  • Ability to notify a Lead or Supervisor of operational problems
