About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate inbound receiving and outbound picking of part tasks within the Spirit Distribution Center
Process outbound orders on the DMS or manually on Wrist units/Computers
Handle inbound product receipts
Coordinate with internal teams, CSR, and management
Follow established parameters for Receiving, Picking, and XDOCK areas
Sort and prepare deliveries arriving at SDC and route them to the correct destination
Receive and process incoming deliveries to stock correctly
Pick and pack orders according to work orders and instructions
Process orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Maintain the integrity of order processing in the WMS
Safeguard computer equipment and customer parts
Process orders within established timeframes and prepare/process all orders and waves promptly
Notify the Lead or Supervisor of operational problems
Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and job function areas according to 5S standards

What you’ll need

Ability to follow established parameters for Receiving, Picking, and XDOCK areas
Ability to process deliveries and route them to the correct destination
Ability to receive and process incoming deliveries accurately based on system locations and parameters
Ability to pick and pack orders according to work orders and instructions
Ability to process orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Ability to safeguard computer equipment and customer parts
Ability to handle and process orders accurately within established timeframes
Ability to maintain warehouse cleanliness according to 5S standards
Ability to notify Lead or Supervisor of problems encountered during operations
