About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate inbound receiving and outbound picking of part tasks within the Spirit Distribution Center
- Process outbound orders in the DMS or manually using Wrist units/computers
- Handle inbound product receipts and receive incoming deliveries into stock using system locations and parameters
- Coordinate with internal CSR and management teams
- Process, sort, and prepare deliveries arriving at the distribution center and route them to the correct destination
- Pick and pack orders according to work orders and instructions
- Process orders accurately and promptly in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Notify the Lead or Supervisor of operational problems
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and job-function areas according to 5S standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM
- Relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location may be considered in compensation determination
- Ability to process orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ability to follow established procedures and standards for receiving, picking, and cross-docking areas
- Ability to handle and safeguard computer equipment and customer parts
- Ability to maintain warehouse cleanliness according to 5S standards
