About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and maintain lineside point-of-delivery locations throughout the campus
Perform lineside kitting of parts using kit carts, kit boxes, or staging structures
Remove parts from vendor packaging as needed
Organize delivered orders according to customer needs
Maintain organization and cleanliness of point-of-delivery areas and remove trash
Follow safety policies and guidelines for a safe warehouse environment
Develop knowledge of delivery processes and order paperwork
Communicate part issues to customers and management
Deliver products to customers using designated vehicles and return products to the warehouse as needed
Maintain positive customer relationships and excellent customer service experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to perform lineside kitting of parts using kit carts, kit boxes, or staging structures
Ability to remove parts from vendor packaging at point-of-delivery areas
Ability to organize delivered orders according to customer needs
Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness of point-of-delivery areas
Adherence to safety policies and guidelines
Understanding of delivery processes and order paperwork
Ability to communicate part issues to customers and management
Ability to utilize designated vehicles to deliver and return products
