About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process incoming orders via Cargowise and WMS
Prepare transport documentation
Manage inventory and invoicing
Organize road transport or ocean freight for outgoing or incoming shipments
Coordinate with internal divisions and external carriers
Provide warehouse colleagues with instructions on incoming and outgoing shipments
Resolve inventory discrepancies and damages in a customer-oriented manner
Maintain customer contact and ensure orders are shipped correctly and on time
Coordinate order processing and the overall distribution process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with logistics flows in a warehouse, distribution or freight forwarding
Good command of both Dutch (B2) and English
Knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation is a plus
Motivation, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
Formal education is not required; motivation, willingness to learn, and work ethic are valued more than formal education
