About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process and follow up on customer orders and check logistics data in the system
Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
Coordinate with the warehouse regarding inbound and outbound goods
Prepare and check transport documentation
Monitor deliveries and keep customers informed about shipment status
Resolve discrepancies, delays, or missing information
Support oil and gas customers where logistics cannot afford delays
Monitor shipment progress and act when plans do not proceed as expected

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a logistics administrative assistant, logistics coordinator, logistics customer service representative, transport planner, or in a similar role
Affinity with order processing, transport planning, or customer communication
Accurate working style and ability to maintain a clear overview of multiple tasks and processes
Strong communication skills
Good command of both Dutch and English
