About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage logistics services seamlessly for one or more pharmaceutical/healthcare clients
- Act as liaison between customers, internal departments, and external stakeholders
- Ensure accurate data and schedules for inbound, outbound, and value-added logistics processes in the warehouse
- Ensure customer agreements and requirements are met
- Administratively process and follow up on logistics services for assigned customers
- Serve as the first operational contact for assigned customers
- Follow implemented processes and customer-related work instructions
- Conduct periodic consultations and adjustment meetings with customers
- Handle complaints
- Identify potential problems and bottlenecks and brainstorm solutions with customers
- Participate in continuous process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial work experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
- Knowledge or background within the logistics sector is a plus
- Customer-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and English
