About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners, and the fulfillment site
Ensure demand planning commitments meet agreed product lead times
Resolve material delays within agreed timelines
Manage and report lead times for customer purchase orders
Expedite purchase orders as needed
Ensure the recommit process is followed
Review backlog reports and coordinate escalations with suppliers
Review supplier build and ship plans against purchase order commit dates
Identify, document, and report potential on-time shipment issues weekly
Manually schedule orders outside the product’s scheduled lead time and identify causes
Monitor purchase order shipments and manage corrective actions when lead-time commitments are missed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
High school diploma program or equivalent required
Generally prefer 2-4 years of related experience
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
Must be able to pass required federal/state/local government, airport, or company background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests
Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
