About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process transactions relating to invoice posting and accrual matching using CargoWise
  • Handle other cost-match-related items
  • Perform daily tasks assigned by process leads
  • Process and validate invoices at cost level in a timely manner
  • Update trackers and monitoring sheets
  • Perform processes according to specified requirements and legal provisions
  • Cooperate with other organizational units, including Poland
  • Update, collect, sort, and archive operational documents according to team rules
  • Perform other official orders related to the position’s tasks and objectives
  • Fulfill daily reporting for team performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in related field
  • Background/exposure in freight and logistic support is an advantage
  • Ability to work under time pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Highly focused, detail oriented and well developed self-organizational skills
  • Critical observation of processes and ability to implement new solutions
  • Analytical skills
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to write and raise queries in a clear and comprehensive message
  • Must be able to communicate well in English language
  • Ability to use tools, technology and methods in the field area of work effectively
  • Ability to use recommended work methodologies and troubleshooting methods
  • Knowledge of innovation management and project management to increase efficiency and service quality
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience with team members
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; sorting/filtering data, conditional formatting, pivot tables/graphs, vertical searches, and data validation/consolidation/grouping
