About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process general expense invoices in SAP or Cargowise systems
  • Reconcile vendor account statements against subledger details
  • Perform daily tasks assigned by process leads
  • Ensure timely processing and cost-level validation of invoices
  • Update trackers and monitoring sheets
  • Perform processes according to specified requirements and legal provisions
  • Cooperate with other organizational units, including Poland
  • Update, collect, sort, and archive operational documents according to team rules
  • Perform other official tasks related to the position’s objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field
  • Background or exposure in freight and logistics support is an advantage
  • Ability to work under time pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Highly focused, detail-oriented, and well-developed self-organizational skills
  • Critical observation of processes and ability to implement new solutions
  • Analytical skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to write and raise queries in a clear and comprehensive manner
  • Must be able to communicate well in English
  • Ability to use relevant tools, technology, and methods to improve service efficiency
  • Ability to use recommended work methods and troubleshoot
  • Knowledge of innovation management and project management
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience with team members
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
