About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verify, enter, or approve data in DSV Group’s core systems worldwide
- Monitor data entered by DSV Group users worldwide
- Participate in implementing new Master Data Management systems in Poland
- Test new software tools, including MDG and SAP
- Collect, organize, and archive operational documents
- Participate in MDM meetings, conference calls, and country data migration projects
- Cooperate with MDM sub-teams and support the transfer of MDM processes to ISSC
- Assist team members with Master Data Management system issues and incidents
- Create procedures to improve MDM processes in Poland
- Maintain confidentiality of bank account information and report irregularities
- Prepare reports and analyses according to management guidelines and company policies
- Conduct internal training sessions for new countries in the MDM area
- Develop tools and solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Share professional knowledge and maintain compliance with company policies, laws, OHS, and safety regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or currently pursuing higher education
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar position
- Experience transferring and documenting accounting processes within DSV ISSC or with a previous employer
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Knowledge of an additional language used in daily work at a minimum B2 level is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data sorting and filtering, conditional formatting, freezing rows and columns, cell formatting, pivot tables and charts, VLOOKUP and data lookup functions, data validation, consolidation, and grouping
- Knowledge of the SAP ERP system
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
