About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage supplier and customer inquiries related to payments via phone and email
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues in collaboration with internal Accounting Services teams
- Communicate with DSV offices and external vendors to obtain required information
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and operational targets
- Maintain accurate records and provide reporting related to assigned activities
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities when required
- Follow company policies, procedures, and DSV values
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or Customer Service is preferred
- Experience handling vendor or customer inquiries is considered an advantage
- Recent graduates with relevant education and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
