About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide excellent, efficient, and high-quality service to customers
- Learn and follow up on daily business activities to ensure compliance with regional guidelines and company policies and procedures
- Check and verify documents for compliance with internal standards and customer requirements (SOP)
- Coordinate with overseas agents and carriers to confirm shipment details and flight/vessel schedules
- Proactively communicate shipment status to customers and resolve operational issues
- Monitor cargo arrival and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Arrange customs clearance by coordinating and submitting required documentation, if needed
- Schedule final delivery and coordinate with trucking partners to meet customer timelines, if needed
- Maintain organized shipment, clearance, and delivery records and document data/milestones in the operation system
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service quality
- Take on additional assigned tasks and back up other team members when necessary
