Key responsibilities & impact

Support supplier identification and evaluation
Execute purchase orders and routine procurement transactions
Support market research and identify cost-saving opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers
Assist with supplier performance tracking and maintain supplier records
Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and invoice discrepancies
Support supplier onboarding
Support cost reduction initiatives through purchasing analysis
Compile purchasing data and prepare reports
Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement expenditures
Coordinate procurement activities with warehouse, operations, transportation, finance, and inventory teams
Ensure materials and services are delivered according to operational requirements
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities
Assist with risk mitigation planning for supply disruptions
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and applicable regulations
Maintain procurement records and audit documentation
Prepare routine procurement reports and maintain documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience
Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement platforms
