About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners, and the DSV fulfillment site
Ensure demand planning commitments meet agreed product lead times
Resolve material delivery delays and manage delivery-order lead times
Expedite SAP delivery orders with internal and external partners
Review customer build/ship plans against delivery commitments
Identify and execute continuous improvement projects
Manage dock operations, safety procedures, training documentation, material disposition, and dock leads
Serve as backup for the build supervisor and learn systems, spreadsheets, and processes
Assist with new-building startups, coordinating with customer teams and construction
Prepare and present data for manager meetings and identify material-related financial and efficiency improvements
Coordinate inbound and outbound material planning with warehouse personnel
Manage material-movement work tickets and re-inventory processes
Assist with onboarding and training documentation for new material planners
Assist with payroll/HR issues and interviews when needed
Administer on-the-job training and develop new training opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
Generally, 5+ years of related experience preferred
Ability to manage SAP delivery orders
Ability to compile, prepare, and present data concisely
Ability to follow and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Ability to coordinate material planning, inbound and outbound logistics, and warehouse operations
