About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners, and DSV fulfillment site
  • Ensure commitments from demand planning groups are within agreed product lead times
  • Resolve material-delivery delays within agreed timelines
  • Manage and report lead times for customer purchase orders
  • Expedite purchase orders as needed
  • Ensure the recommit process is followed
  • Review backlog reports and coordinate escalations with suppliers
  • Review supplier build and shipping plans against purchase-order commitment dates
  • Identify, document, and report potential on-time shipment issues weekly
  • Manually schedule orders outside product lead times and identify causes
  • Monitor purchase-order lead times, shipment compliance, and corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • High school diploma program or equivalent required
  • Generally 2–4 years of related experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Must be able to pass required federal, state, local government, airport, or company background checks and clearances
  • Must be able to pass required drug and alcohol tests
  • Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
