About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites
Operate under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member, with more than 50% oversight and mentorship
Collaborate with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans
Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support
Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates
Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches
Help manage UAT and volume stress testing
Provide flexible operational support during hiring gaps or backfill transitions
Engage in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums
Support overall stabilization objectives within the operations support team
Comply with corporate and site-specific policies related to performance, safety, and quality
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 to 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated proficiency in applicable WMS systems
English reading, writing, and verbal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational, personnel, and communication skills
Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation
Able to adapt effectively to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for several hours per day
Must be able to travel by plane and/or automobile
