About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure project completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and resources, including staff allocation, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in the transportation and logistics industry
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing projects across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills, including resource and budget management, project planning, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
