About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support operational project workstreams, steps, and deliverables according to the Contract Logistics Project Approach (CLPA)
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through implementation and handover
- Conduct Operation Project Health Checks and provide recommendations to local management
- Ensure CLPA tools, templates, and standards are used effectively
- Analyze customer data and operations to identify improvement opportunities across People, Systems, Processes, and Layout
- Plan and execute ERP and WMS system migrations and technology rollouts
- Define project scope and manage risks
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans
- Manage change management plans to support adoption of new systems and processes and minimize business disruption
- Report to the Lead of Project Management and Training for APAC
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in operational project management within the logistics and supply chain industry
- Proven experience managing implementation projects from initiation through go-live, including planning, execution, and testing
- Experience leading medium to large-scale WMS/ERP projects
- Strong knowledge of warehouse solution design and supply chain network design
- Ability to manage projects involving cold chain, healthcare, high-tech, and FMCG products
- Strong analytical and change management skills
- Commercial and technical understanding of Contract Logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- PMP or Prince2 certification highly preferred
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and time pressure
- Willingness to travel domestically or overseas on a project basis
