About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes
  • Conduct audits and inspections of transportation and logistics operations to identify quality issues
  • Create corrective action plans and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track quality performance
  • Analyze data and identify trends to improve quality performance
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and ensure compliance

  • Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of quality issues
  • Ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements related to quality are met
  • May be responsible for supervising quality assurance technicians

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes
  • Ability to conduct audits and inspections
  • Experience in developing and implementing corrective action plans
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and improve quality performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with quality management software is preferred
