About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive automation initiatives from idea to implementation within the Robotics Centre of Excellence
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Ensure successful delivery of RPA and AI-driven solutions supporting global DSV operations
- Gather business requirements for Robotics solutions in cooperation with Business Process Owners and Experts
- Analyze business processes and identify and implement process optimization for UiPath automation
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of Robotics development
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Business, IT, and RoCoE Development
- Validate and evaluate business process candidates for automation
- Create Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and ensure high-quality delivery standards, documentation, and governance
- Take responsibility for Robotics solution delivery according to plan and RoCoE standards
- Explore new technologies and AI solutions for RPA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Automation Analyst or equivalent)
- Experience with business process automation
- Experience creating clear visual process maps, such as BPMN and As Is/To Be
- Experience with process automation and calculating total benefits from robotic solutions
- Ability to gather and understand business requirements and deliver them to developers in an appropriate form
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear, development-ready documentation
- Ability to understand business needs and constructively challenge them to propose feasible and valuable solutions
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
- Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Fluent English, spoken and written, at an advanced level
- Experience with RPA, AI, or workflow automation tools is nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise environments such as SAP, APIs, and data platforms is nice to have
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence/shared services model is nice to have
