About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously improve internal and external reporting and reporting frameworks for the customer account
- Develop and maintain standardized executive reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting across account programs
- Partner with GCM leadership and functional teams to define reporting requirements, KPIs, reporting cadence and performance measures
- Consolidate information across sites, regions, functions and systems into consistent account-level reporting
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, exceptions and continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and aligned with customer and business requirements
- Design and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel and other approved BI tools
- Drive automation and reduce dependency on manually compiled reports and disconnected data sources
- Partner with IT, BI, systems teams and developers to improve data availability, connectivity and reporting infrastructure
- Support development of SQL queries, datasets, data models and system connections required to enable reporting
- Develop and manage the roadmap for reporting improvements, automation and supporting data capabilities
- Support executive reviews, steering committees and customer meetings through reporting, analytics and presentation of business insights
- Act as the GCM interface between business stakeholders and technical resources, translating reporting needs into technical requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, program management or a related discipline preferred
- Experience supporting reporting within complex, multi-site or multi-functional environments
- Logistics, supply chain, warehousing or operational experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Information Systems or related field preferred
- Experience supporting system integrations, data connections, APIs, ETL processes or similar data-enablement activities
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data sources
- Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric or comparable reporting/data technologies preferred
- Ability to translate complex operational information into clear executive-level reporting and insights
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-validation skills
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical teams
- Strong written, verbal and visual/presentation communication skills
- Strong organizational and programme-management capability
- Proactive, self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Light manual effort: occasional movement of items up to 20 lbs; frequent walking or standing
- Sustained concentration and analytical effort
- Regular travel or weekend/overnight shifts

Comp & perks- Base pay range of $112,000.00–$140,000.00 USD annually
