About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement the company’s credit policy and internal control standards
  • Facilitate daily work processes within the Finance department
  • Provide accurate and timely financial data before deadlines
  • Assist the supervisor in preparing related business reports
  • Apply correct accounting methods
  • Manage accounts receivable collection and monitoring
  • Prepare AR China, High Focus, Atradius, and other related reports
  • Complete A/R account write-offs based on previous-day bank receipts
  • Cancel VAT invoices based on qualified applications from operations
  • Provide tax-paid certificates to meet client requirements
  • Assist the supervisor with internal and external communication and coordination
  • Support and coordinate internal and external audits
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
  • Communicate with Operations, Business Units, Quality and Administrative personnel, existing customers, and potential customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Junior College / Bachelor degree of accounting / finance or above
  • At least 3 years accounting working experiences
  • Outstanding Mandarin
  • Familiar with Chinese Finance and Economy laws and provisions, tax policy and book keeping standards
  • Familiar with MS office
  • Good English in reading and writing
  • Good email reply manner, timely and efficiently
  • Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency
  • Ability to examine information, ask probing questions, and find solutions
  • Ability to clearly articulate information and communicate with others
  • Good team-working ability
  • Ability to follow national and company financial procedures and minimize risks
