About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project-manage and facilitate sessions with business stakeholders, the vendor, and SAP IT colleagues
Assign tasks appropriately and proactively follow up on agreed scope
Ensure progress and achievement of roadmap milestones
Work with business and SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and roll out solutions
Act as delivery lead, single point of contact, and track lead for selected focus projects, including Roll out and EPM
Provide business and functional support for DSV SAP S/4HANA
Provide clear and detailed technical documentation complementing functional documentation
Prepare requirements, design, and technical documentation
Assess impacts and gaps in current business processes
Collaborate across project teams and support finance-related IT delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
Ability and knowledge to drive tasks forward with proactive communication
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility to multi-task
Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written English communication
Strong systems / process orientation particularly in finance with proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to act and react comfortably in uncertain situations in which everything is not scheduled and planned when the task/project begins
Ability to focus on tasks in the near future as well as the month ahead, with a holistic view of overall tasks and available resources
Willingness to take on responsibilities to help and assist business partners
Ability to lead with influence and empower colleagues by focusing on development, transparency, and collaboration
Experience or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, finance processes, project delivery, and technical/functional documentation is required by the listed duties
