About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for Blue Yonder/JDA Discrete WMS and related warehouse applications
- Support WMS infrastructure including MOCA, MS SQL, Citrix, Jasper Reports, NiceLabel, Page Builder, and other connected applications
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues through ticketing and support processes
- Coordinate system administration and infrastructure-related activities with internal IT teams and external providers
- Provide technical consultation regarding WMS infrastructure, configuration, integrations, and processes
- Support the stability, availability, and performance of warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with global and regional IT, infrastructure, logistics, and warehouse project teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of WMS support processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, logistics systems, or warehouse management systems
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Discrete WMS
- Strong experience in WMS infrastructure support and configuration
- Experience working with MOCA and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder/JDA Discrete WMS
- Very good knowledge of SQL and warehouse application infrastructure
- Knowledge of Citrix, databases, integrations, and related WMS applications is desirable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage technical incidents
- Fluent English required
