About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple large-scale contract logistics solution design projects simultaneously
Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
Act as the primary solution design lead in customer engagements throughout the bid and proposal process
Analyze customer requirements, operational data, and RFP documentation to develop robust and competitive solutions
Interpret ambiguous customer information and data and develop effective assumptions where required
Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, engineering, automation, IT, and commercial teams
Develop and deliver customer presentations and solution proposals
Support implementation planning, solution handover activities, and change management processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of DSV's global solution design methodologies, standards, and tools
Share best practices, market insights, and innovative concepts across the Global Solution Design community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in contract logistics solution design, preferably within the third-party logistics industry
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, network design, operational modelling, pricing strategies, and financial analysis
Strong commercial acumen and experience developing customer pricing models
Knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics technology solutions is highly desirable
Business fluency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent computer software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and AutoCAD
Operations management, implementation management, and/or supply chain consulting experience is a plus
Experience with MS Access, simulation software, and/or network modeling software is a plus
