About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise a team of warehouse staff
Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
Implement corrective actions and convey their implications to the team
Uphold inventory integrity
Ensure staff compliance with established processes and accuracy in data processing
Take disciplinary action on staff when required
Work with the Planner to align daily production-order priorities, including “Hotshot” and “Delay,” during daily production meetings
Establish shipment-planning listings for Operations to focus on
Communicate with Operations and the Planner about issues impacting shipment fulfilment
Ensure Transpak delivers the correct base skid ordered
Ensure modules for pullback or shipment are skidded and unskidded correctly
Scan tote labels into SMS
Ensure Customer Prep documents tally with the physical items
Ensure all documents are completed before handover to the forwarder

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of related experience
PC literate, preferably familiar with Warehouse Management System, SAP and Microsoft Office tools
Forklift License and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage
Able to perform overtime when required
Experience with handling external stakeholders
