About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, maintain, and support applicable US Contract Logistics sites regarding the DSV Quality Management System
- Support selected sites on SOC 1, 2, and 3 compliance and Warehouse Management System validation
- Manage and maintain core quality standards for critical operational functions
- Train site management and employees on QMS components and requirements
- Lead workshop teams educating sites on QMS components
- Track quality data and develop a US Quality Scorecard
- Advise management on quality-related issues to prevent negative outcomes
- Perform QMS performance, food safety/defense, and other required site audits
- Maintain and support applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Lead SOC audits for selected US clients
- Participate in WMS validation activities and approve changes when required
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 implementations and certification compliance
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Senior Manager Quality – US
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of SOC Compliance experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse environment
- Additional coursework in management-type courses and problem-solving techniques considered
- Medium to high mathematical skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, QMS components, SOC compliance, and ISO principles preferred
- SOC compliance and ISO certification preferred
- Strong computer skills regarding MS Office applications, including Excel and database management, preferred
- Ability to work in an office and warehouse environment while following safety precautions
