About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather requirements and provide engineering and solution design for the product
- Identify, analyze, prioritize, and specify internal and external customer demands toward the digital portfolio and project scope
- Determine feasibility and solution specifications according to IT and business guidelines and strategies
- Align closely with business stakeholders and internal IT development teams
- Transfer solutions into production with development, test, and operations teams
- Provide input into the assessment, design, development, and implementation of digital solutions
- Consult and transfer know-how to internal customers and stakeholders regarding digital solution processes and portfolio
- Contribute end-to-end to the development and rollout of digital products
- Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver iterative MVPs and maximize product value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Ideally multiple years of experience in logistics, Business Analysis or IT Demand Management
- Experience in identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, specification and verification
- Excellent understanding on project and application life cycle
- Proven track record in agile product development or general experience in agile methodologies
- Understanding of business and IT processes
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect IT goals to business value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities, fostering a culture of learning and improvement
- Change management capability with empathy for cultural resistance and transformation challenges
- Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
- Team player with very good communication skills
