Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Manager – Warehouse – Logistics Operations in leading and managing warehouse operation staff
Manage daily warehouse operations to meet customer expectations and performance service standards
Manage warehouse facilities and personnel while enforcing company policies and SOPs
Maintain inventory accuracy and service level at 99.99%
Build a dedicated, disciplined, productive and innovative operations team
Execute quality, safety regulation and health strategies with zero accident rates as a priority
Achieve established KPIs
Utilize warehouse resources to meet customer requirements
Ensure staff are trained according to operational SOPs
Train, motivate and coach warehouse operators
Monitor staff discipline and take timely action for violations
Lead, motivate and supervise staff to ensure performance aligns with standards and KPIs
Work with internal Customer Service and external trucking service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Form 5 and above
Minimum 5 years experience in 3rd party logistics service
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related capacity
Leadership

Knowledge of warehouse operations, facilities, personnel management, company policies and SOPs
Ability to train, motivate and coach warehouse operators
