Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise production associates performing loading and unloading of freight
Account for materials using multiple systems
Oversee assembly and installation of server racks and their components
Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns
Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property
Advise subordinates with questions or problems related to work activities
Monitor work and examine production areas for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures
Recommend and implement documented procedural changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
Perform or assist subordinates in performing duties
Maintain service level agreements using existing systems and tools
Ensure subordinates follow safety protocols and standards
Frequently interact with customers, peers, site stakeholders, and subordinates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests
Solid interpersonal and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
Generally prefer 3-6 years’ experience in material handling operations
Ability to perform all essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation
