About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise coordinators handling customer service, inbound, outbound and returns
- Allocate workloads for store launches, visual merchandising campaigns, peak seasons, promotions and e-commerce cut-offs
- Act as the first escalation point for operational and customer issues
- Coach and develop team members on fashion logistics processes and client SOPs
- Ensure shift coverage aligns with delivery waves and courier cut-off times
- Coordinate inbound flows from suppliers, distribution centers, stores and customers
- Manage seasonal collections, high-value garments and accessories, hanging garments and returns
- Verify ASN accuracy, put-away compliance, quality inspections and damage reporting
- Coordinate priority inbound for new season launches, promotional campaigns, store openings and refits
- Manage reverse logistics for store returns, e-commerce returns and inter-brand or inter-season transfers
- Coordinate store replenishment according to delivery windows, mall regulations and trading hours
- Ensure compliance with delivery bookings, labeling, packing standards and floor-ready requirements
- Support urgent store transfers and stock balancing
- Manage daily e-commerce order flow, delivery types and cash on delivery where applicable
- Coordinate with courier partners on collections, failed deliveries and return pick-ups
- Monitor customer delivery KPIs and proof-of-delivery closure
- Serve as the operational contact for the fashion brand’s supply chain and retail teams
- Communicate delays, stock discrepancies and delivery risks
- Support visual merchandising, marketing and retail teams during campaigns, pop-ups and special events
- Handle complaints and service recovery within authority limits
- Ensure accurate stock movements in WMS and timely system confirmations
- Support cycle counts, seasonal stock reclassification and obsolete or slow-moving stock management
- Prepare and review inbound/outbound, store fulfillment, e-commerce performance, returns processing and inventory accuracy reports
- Flag risks related to shrinkage, high-value SKUs and seasonal stock aging
- Ensure adherence to client SOPs, brand handling standards, security and loss-prevention procedures
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities in picking accuracy, packing quality, returns handling and delivery coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport planning, customs/freight, IT/WMS support, finance, client, mall, courier and merchandising teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years in fashion or retail logistics operations (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of seasonal fashion cycles, store replenishment models and e-commerce fulfillment processes
- Experience with WMS systems and MS Excel reporting
- Prior team leadership or shift-in-charge experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate customer service, inbound, outbound and returns operations
- Knowledge of luxury fashion handling standards, client SOPs, inventory control and delivery compliance
