About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management
Handle customer material movement requests
Oversee loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight
Manage shipping documents and records
Perform quality checks on freight, part numbers, quantities, and material condition
Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts
Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems
Oversee and perform server rack placement on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices
Oversee and perform electronic component population and cabling installation according to diagrams and schematics
Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
Operate material handling equipment
Perform and oversee cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards
Delegate and coach team members while collaborating with customers and on-site stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
3-5 years of related experience
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Critical thinking abilities and strong analytical skills
Experience with computers
Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components
Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
Ability to flexibly cross-train in multiple departments within the datacenter
Effective delegation and coaching skills
Ability to operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
