About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management
Handle customer material movement requests
Oversee loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents and records
Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight
Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts
Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems
Oversee and perform server rack placement using laser measuring devices
Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics
Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
Oversee and perform cleanup activities according to safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
Maintain daily adherence to safety and process procedures
Delegate and coach team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma
3–5 years of related experience
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
Experience with computers
Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components
Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
Ability to be flexible and cross-train in multiple departments within the datacenter
Effective delegation and coaching skills
Punctuality, reliability, attention to detail, and focus on quality
