About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handles daily operation from order receiving, track & trace, till POD signed
- Coordination with Customer, Carrier, End Receiver and relevant internal colleagues
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
- Billing and payment collection
- Trouble shooting and Emergency Response
- KPI Reporting and analysis
- Assists to Manage and develop carriers to ensure service and quality
- Attendance of review meeting with both customers and carriers
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 year hands on experience on transportation operation or related
- Fair understanding of laws and regulations, China transportation infrastructure and China transportation market
- Good MS office in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Team spirit, and good execution capability and negotiation skill
