About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enhance high quality services focused on customers’ expectations, with timely, efficient service and accurate information to minimize customer complaints
- Service customers with high-quality services in line with company policy and operation standards

Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in a related capacity
- Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
- Good command of written English
- Spoken Chinese; Mandarin an asset
- Willing to work extended hours when required
- Willing to work on shifts
