About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enhance high quality services focused on customers’ expectations, with timely, efficient service and accurate information to minimize customer complaints
Service customers with high quality services in line with company policy and operation standards
Ensure customer satisfaction exceeds customers’ expectations
Follow handling procedures laid down for the customer
Provide timely responses to customer queries or requests on daily operations
Proactively update customers on shipment status
Work closely with operations and other project teams to meet customer requirements and solve daily operational issues
Perform special duties or projects assigned by the superior
Maintain proper documentation filing
Understand operation costs and provide accurate quotations for additional operational requirements
Record additional operation requirements and provide information to the accounting department for billing
Ensure accurate system transactions and document creation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma or equivalent
1 years of experience in a related capacity
Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
Good command of written English and spoken Chinese; Mandarin an asset
Willing to work extended hours when required
Willing to work on shifts
