About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute trainings on location throughout the AMER region
- Facilitate online training
- Deliver functional and business process expertise in multidisciplinary project teams
- Continuously improve training and training material content
- Organize training calendars and coordinate with local sites
- Cooperate with engineering on WMS setup
- Provide onsite go-live support and after-care
- Test training programs
- Maintain current revisions of training materials
- Administer tests and exam results in the central database
- Train key and end users on designed processes and functionalities
- Create functional designs for internal and external reports and documents
- Act as gatekeeper for warehouse process standardization
- Provide scheduled project updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Advocate and promote best practices and standardization to internal and external parties
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to understand and anticipate customer needs
- Support special projects, implementations, and process improvements as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years’ experience working in a project-based environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong and energetic personality, able to communicate at operations and management levels
- Proficiency in one or more WMS
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- English reading, writing, and verbal skills
- Basic to intermediate mathematical skills
- High level of independence and self-direction
- Ability to articulate and voice own opinion
- Readiness to travel, including on short notice
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including Europe
- Driving License
- Preferred: Spanish reading, writing, and verbal skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combinations of education and work experience
- Preferred: Extensive knowledge of warehouse processes and supporting system landscapes
- Preferred: 3–5 years of experience with JDA WMS (dispatcher preferred) or other major WMS products
- Preferred: Profound logistical and/or supply chain management process understanding
- Preferred: Experience working on small, fast-paced project teams
- SQL proficiency is a plus
