About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
Manage shipping documents and records
Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, including part numbers, quantities, and material condition
Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter
Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices
Oversee and perform population of electronic components and cabling installation into server racks using diagrams and schematics
Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
Operate material handling equipment including straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
Oversee and perform cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
Delegate and coach team members
Travel from the home site to support the project

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of related experience
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
Experience with computers
Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components
Ability to work with shipping documents and records
Ability to use laser measuring devices, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
Ability to operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
Ability to remain at the home site and travel to support the project
Ability to work at a Pandora site in Canada or the United States
