About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, governance, and execution of change for Contract Logistics in North America and LATAM
Ensure adoption and value realization for client implementations, WMS upgrades, migrations, delivery and ongoing support, CIP deployments, operations support, engineering, safety, security, quality, sustainability, and strategic initiatives
Chair a global BCM standardization focus area and cross-regional BCM steering committee
Own the Americas change portfolio for strategic programs, client implementations, migrations, and priority initiatives
Lead WMS transition strategy and roadmaps across the Americas
Run Americas BCM forums, project boards, and performance reviews
Oversee Canada and LATAM BCM teams and maintain direct reporting-line oversight of the US country team
Adapt global methods, communications, training, and readiness approaches to Americas languages, cultures, and regulations
Champion DSV Contract Logistics Enterprise-grade services and standards
Co-develop and enforce global BCM standards, artifacts, and KPIs
Orchestrate handoffs across BCM functional areas
Maintain portfolio visibility for change, resourcing, risks, and benefits tracking
Collaborate with regional BCM heads across APAC, Europe, and MEA
Lead divisional objectives, stakeholder management, change-impact assessments, and integrated change plans
Create executive narratives, country toolkits, FAQs, and leader briefings
Drive reporting on schedule, budget, scope, quality, and adoption; escalate risks and issues
Capture lessons learned, refresh standards and templates, and mentor BCM Leads

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) role
Extensive experience with new business implementations
Experience driving continual improvement and financial savings in operations
Prior leadership positions directing Senior Leaders
Direct report and indirect management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English reading, writing, and verbal proficiency
Spanish highly desired
Mature communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels
Must be able to travel by plane and automobile
Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the role, with reasonable accommodations where applicable
