About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers
  • Perform quality checks on freight, including part numbers, quantities, and material condition
  • Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical datacenter spare parts
  • Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
  • Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy
  • Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics
  • Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
  • Operate material handling equipment including straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
  • Perform cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
  • Maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders on site at the datacenter
  • Adhere daily to safety and process procedures while maintaining punctuality, reliability, attention to detail, and quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • 1–3 years of working experience
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Critical thinking and good analytical skills
  • Experience with computers
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
  • Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components
  • Ability to be flexible and cross-train in multiple departments within the datacenter
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, laser measuring devices, diagrams, and schematics
