About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise production associates performing loading and unloading freight
Account for materials using multiple systems
Oversee assembly and installation of server racks and components
Organize and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns
Ensure safety measures protect personnel and property
Advise subordinates on work-related questions and problems
Monitor work and production areas for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance
Recommend and implement documented procedure changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
Perform or assist subordinates with their duties
Maintain service level agreements using existing systems and tools
Ensure subordinates follow safety protocols and standards
Interact with customers, peers, and other site stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Must pass required federal, state, local government, airport, or company background checks and clearances
Must pass required drug and alcohol tests
Solid interpersonal and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Generally preferred: 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations
Positions can be filled from any Pandora site in Canada and the United States; selected employees remain at their home site and travel to support the project
