About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work alongside another team lead to keep the warehouse running smoothly
Coach the warehouse team
Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
Oversee inbound and outbound operations
Monitor daily performance
Coordinate daily operational activities during the morning Blue Box team briefing
Keep Customer Service informed about previous-day performance and daily operational priorities
Monitor warehouse productivity and proactively identify and resolve operational issues
Contribute to projects improving logistics processes and ways of working
Monitor KPIs and ensure operational targets are achieved
Use the CargoWRITE warehouse management system
Handle people-related administrative tasks
Ensure safety, quality, productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipping

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse team lead or similar role
Strong sense of responsibility
Strong command of English
Dutch preferably
Tactful social skills
Ability to manage teams toward targets
Positive mindset
Energetic work attitude and fresh perspective
Willingness to address challenges head-on
Results-driven
Ability to identify process optimization opportunities and increase efficiency
