About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the editorial and conceptual development of content for the Digital Branch (Internet-Filiale, IF)
  • Implement content concepts in the IF CMS
  • Make editorial adjustments to modules and content components
  • Update, maintain, and quality-assure existing content in compliance with the editorial IF style guide
  • Support the IF help desk with subject-matter and content-related questions through the ticketing system as part of second-level support
  • Participate in cross-functional coordination meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare recommendations for Product Management
  • Coordinate implementation priorities and document workloads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Editorial training or a successfully completed degree, e.g. in communications or a comparable field
  • Experience in editorial work, an agency, or communications
  • Experience working with CMS and ticketing systems, particularly JIRA; Adobe (AEM) experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in editorial content conception and production
  • Excellent command of German
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to independently familiarize yourself with technical topics
  • Independent, solution-oriented approach with clear prioritization, a strong service orientation, and a high commitment to quality
  • Resilience, flexibility, and confidence in cross-departmental coordination, including at department-head level
